The Radar and Navigation Simulator(RANSCO) is a 6-day aim to prepare a student to make efficient & effective use of radar as a navigational aid in congested, confined waters, recognize potential threats, and make valid navigational & collision avoidance decisions in compliance with COLREGS. Further, upon successful completion of this course, the student would attain the ability to plan, organize, and manage a bridge team. This course will also provide the ability to respond to, coordinate and execute a search & rescue operation.
