Who is Eligible for the AIGF Course?
AIGF Course Eligibility:
- Seafarers who are serving or are planning to serve on IGF Code ships (e.g., LNG vessel) shall be considered eligible.
- Completion of STCW Basic Safety Courses:
- Basic IGF Certificate of Proficiency (CoP) is required.
- Have completed the following courses:
- Personal Survival Techniques (PST),
- Fire Prevention & Fire Fighting (FPFF)
- Elementary First Aid (EFA)
- Personal Safety & Social Responsibilities (PSSR)
Must have a medical fitness certificate issued by a doctor approved by DG Shipping.
