Who qualifies to register for the AFF Course?
- Seafarers must have completed their Basic Safety Training (BST) or Basic Fire Fighting (BFF).
- Anyone working on deck or engine will also be eligible.
- Those with duties related to fire fighting aboard ships are allowed by STCW requirements to attend.
- All participants in the course must have current medical fitness certificates recognized under STCW Regulations
