Qualifications for PSCRB
The PSCRB Qualification Requirements:
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
- Candidates must have completed an acceptable PST course, in accordance with the STCW regulations, and must present certification as evidence of completion.
- Candidates must provide documentation of 6 months of sea service or the equivalent in acceptable substitute sea service for certification purposes. Many certifying authorities allow substitution of 12 months of substitute sea service.
